GREAT ROOM: This huge room has a vaulted 20+’ ceiling and numerous windows that allow natural light to filter in. The open space creates a cheery feeling. The Great room has extra long premium leather sectional sofa that seats 8 very comfortably. The coffee table height can be raised by simply pulling the top section towards you. The 50” High Def TV can be operated in a simple mode or High Def Home theater mode (instructions are included in the Welcome Binder kept at the villa)
FORMAL DINING AREA: Comfortably seats 6 persons and with its open floor plan, children playing in the Great room are within sight.
KITCHEN AREA: A dining table that seats 4 is situated in the kitchen area. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the things that you would need to prepare the family's favorite dinner. A dishwasher is also installed.
MASTER BEDROOM: Master suite with King sized bed is on the ground floor. The bedroom comes equipped with dresser and mirror, computer work station, cable TV and DVD player. The bedroom has sliders that takes one out directly to the pool area. The bedroom is also equipped with his and her large walk-in closets. An electronic safe is secured on the closet floor. Guest can set their own code (instruction for using it are in the Welcome Binder). All other bedrooms are located on upper level.
2nd MASTER BEDROOM: The second master room has a queen size bed and also has the benefit of it's own full en-suite bathroom and a walk -in closet
BEDROOMS 3 THRU 6: These bedrooms are located on upper level and share a common full bath located separately upstairs. One bedroom has a full bed while remaining 3 bedrooms have 2 twin sized beds each. One twin sized bedroom is set up as a Mickey mouse bedroom.
POOL AREA ACCESS: The pool deck can be accessed from the Great room. There are no rear neighbors.
LAUNDRY ROOM: It has full sized washer and dryer.
HALF BATH: Located in the common area downstairs
