The villa is situated on the popular executive community of Calabay Parc which is only 8 miles from Walt Disney World and close to all the local amenities. With easy access to I4 the villa is an ideal base from which to explore Orlando, Central Florida and the Gulf Coast.
Tastefully decorated and equipped to a high standard the villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, two of which are en-suite. The master suite is equipped with a king-size bed, cable TV and his and hers closets. It also has it own private bathroom with shower and tub.
The second master suite has a queen size bed, TV and bathroom with tub/shower which leads onto the lanai.
There are a further two twin bedded rooms which share the 3rd bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need whether dining in or just having a simple snack.
Outside our shaded lanai leads onto the extended deck and pool and spa - perfect for relaxing in at the end of a busy day. A pool safety fence is provided and also all doors leading onto the deck have been fitted with safety locks and alarms
