Imagine cooling down in your own pool after a long, hot day at the parks. The west facing extended deck area provides plenty of room to sunbathe and at the end of the day you can sit back, relax and watch the sun set. You can still enjoy a swim after dark as the pool has it's own lighting.

The spacious family room enjoys a view over the pool. There is Cable TV, a Playstation 2 and a DVD player. The settee converts into a double bed.

The large, modern, fully equipped kitchen includes a cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, etc, as well as cutlery, crockery and glassware. Across the hall is a laundry room which has a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Enjoy your breakfast in the morning sunlight - the perfect way to start a day! The dining area seats eight. A high chair is provided if required.

Master suite one overlooks the pool, has a walk-in closet and it's own large bathroom which includes 'his and hers' vanity units, a garden tub and large walk-in shower.

Master two also overlooks the pool and has it's own full bathroom

The further two bedrooms have twin beds and share the third full bathroom. All bedrooms have Cable TV. Bed linen, towels and hairdryers are provided

Our privately owned, executive holiday villa is conveniently situated just approximately 5 minutes from Junction 55 of the Interstate 4 highway, from which attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Island of Adventure, Sea World and large shopping malls are accessible. Disney World is less than a 15 minute drive away from the villa.

Beaches

For those of you who would rather just sit back, relax and soak up the sun, you will be pleased to know that the beautiful beaches on the Gulf of Mexico, and the Atlantic Coast, are only a short distance away.

Shops, Takeaways and Restaurants

Shops and Supermarkets are only a short drive away, which is good news for all you shop-a-holics out there!
There are also many Takeaways and fine Restaurants nearby.

Discounts are available for bookings of 3 weeks or more!

The rental charges include all of the following:

Pool Heating

If required, there is a standard charge of £80 per week for pre-arranged pool heating. This can also be arranged locally through our Management Company.
